On July 31st, the First Moscow Court of Appeals will consider the appeal in the case of Vladimir Kara-Murza, a Russian opposition politician sentenced to 25 years in a strict-regime penal colony for treason.
In solidarity with Vladimir and other Russian political prisoners, on this day, Russland hinter Gittern e.V. will hold a demonstration at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. We stand against political repression in Russia, and regardless of the court’s decision, we consider Vladimir Kara-Murza innocent.
